Product Description

100V/150V/200V 300A Ideal Diode Bridge Controller drives a MOSFET bridge that enables efficient low-loss bridge rectifier solutions in Solar Power Storage applications. This device operates at a 40V to 200V input voltage range. The EK-iD100V/150V/200V300A controller features can provide a lower loss path, and in high-power applications, this can provide a more efficient solution and save valuable circuit board space by reducing the need for heat dissipation. Designed to provide stable current output and prevent current backflow, . This controller includes a 0.6-1.5mA ultra-low quiescent current. The EK-iD100V300A controller consists of an enable pin for a user-controlled device on/off function and operates at a junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.

Special Note:
1. This version is the latest optimized version. The module will not be burned if the positive and negative poles are connected reversely, which improves the safety of installation;

2. The ideal diode is a diode with ultra-low internal resistance as the name implies. The conduction voltage drop of ordinary diodes is more than 0.6V. The conduction voltage drop of an ideal diode is almost negligible.
3. The copper foil layer and aluminum base layer of the aluminum substrate PCB traces are insulated with a withstand voltage of 1000V, so there is no need to worry about breakdown problems.

The thermal conductivity is 20 times faster than FR4 glass fiber, and can be directly attached to the large heat sink.
